Any disputes under this agreement, which cannot be settled by negotiation may be first tried to be resolved through Mediation to be held in Guwahati, Assam, India and failing which only the matter may be presented or tried by any Forum, Tribunal or Court of Law.

• Obtain Membership of AIEHSST by Signing Up.

• Make contribution towards Membership Fee to AIEHSST.

• Make a Donation to AIEHSST.

• Sign up to our campaign

• Sign up to stay updated

we won’t collect or record your personal information unless you choose to give it to us.

Termination of your AIEHSST account includes removal of access to all services & facilities within the AIEHSST Services and may also bar you from further use of the AIEHSST Services. Furthermore, you agree that all terminations shall be made at AIEHSST sole discretion and that AIEHSST shall not be liable to neither you nor any third party for any termination of your account or access to Trust.

Any person who has submitted application for obtaining Membership of AIEHSST may opt for cancellation of Membership and request for refund of the Membership Fees paid to the Trust within a period of 15 days from the date of application of the same.

Upon receiving of the application for cancellation of the Membership and refund of the Fee, AIEHSST shall refund the Membership Fees after deducting any incidental expenses in actual incurred, within 90 days from the date of receiving the application for the same.
